Leon Dozier II was a young man who demonstrated in his short life span an ability to be involved in both church and community. In honor of his memory, People's Community Church is pleased to offer the Dozier Scholarship to high school graduates and current college students that will attend a college, university or institute of higher learning in the upcoming school year. This need-based scholarship will assist with defraying college related costs i.e. books, supplies.
